People running real businesses meet in a relaxed setting to exchange one thing that has actually been happening: a bottleneck, an AI attempt, or a decision they want to discuss with peers.

Join the Thursday peer conversation, go directly to the half-day build workshop, progress an existing draft in the two-day intensive, or apply directly for an enterprise diagnostic.
Meet at a bar or casual social venue in Sydney CBD. There is no keynote and no sales-pitch round. Participants choose and pay for their own food and drinks directly with the venue.
Saturday 1:30–5:00 pm, in-person and limited to 10. Bring your laptop and business material and start building in the first ten minutes.
Two Saturdays, 9:30 am–4:30 pm, limited to 10. Take one selected use case from first version to a business pilot.
We do not promise a fixed implementation fee before understanding the business and technical difficulty. The diagnostic defines the scope before a separate four-week implementation quote.
WHO LEADS EACH STAGE
Business facilitation, classroom guidance, technical support and enterprise implementation are stated separately. Named technical personnel are published only after the session team is confirmed.
There is no keynote instructor. Everyone participates freely; Elsa initiates the gathering, introduces people and connects relevant conversations.
Elsa leads participants from a real business issue to a first version. Tool-specific technical support is named only after accounts, permission and the session assistant are confirmed.
Elsa owns use-case selection, outcome standards and human approval boundaries. A confirmed technical assistant handles complex build issues and escalation.
The required technical specialists are selected after diagnosis. The written scope names the roles, hours, boundaries and implementation price rather than implying a fixed team in advance.
Partner-faculty note: An instructor from JR Academy or another partner is shown only after the specific session, teaching role, biography assets and permission to publish have been confirmed. A partner's full faculty directory is not presented as Nexora faculty.
