Every Thursday from 6:00–8:00 pm, limited to 10 owners. There is no keynote and no round of sales pitches. Share a real business issue or AI attempt, or listen before joining in.
Saturday 1:30–5:00 pm, in-person and limited to 10. Bring your laptop and business material and start building in the first ten minutes.
Two Saturdays, 9:30 am–4:30 pm, limited to 10. Take one selected use case from first version to a business pilot.
We do not promise a fixed implementation fee before understanding the business and technical difficulty. The diagnostic defines the scope before a separate four-week implementation quote.
WHO LEADS EACH STAGE
Business facilitation, classroom guidance, technical support and enterprise implementation are stated separately. Named technical personnel are published only after the session team is confirmed.
There is no keynote instructor. Every owner participates; Elsa opens the evening, protects the format and connects the conversation.
Elsa leads participants from a real business issue to a first version. Tool-specific technical support is named only after accounts, permission and the session assistant are confirmed.
Elsa owns use-case selection, outcome standards and human approval boundaries. A confirmed technical assistant handles complex build issues and escalation.
The required technical specialists are selected after diagnosis. The written scope names the roles, hours, boundaries and implementation price rather than implying a fixed team in advance.
